Collective Worship at Garton
Collective Worship takes place daily either in the School Hall or at the Church of St Michael and All Angels, which is located across the road from our School. Our Collective Worship reflects on the traditions of the Church of England and develops understanding of Anglican traditions and practice. It provides children and adults with wider opportunities to encounter faith by engaging in conversations about God both as individuals and together. Children are also provided with opportunties to reflect on Collective Worship when back in their classrooms.

Collective Worship Team
Our Collective Worship team is made up of pupils from year one to year six. They are an important part of our school community, as they lead our whole school Collective Worship in school. They introduce our Christian Value at the beginning of each week, through a parable, assist in our Friday Celebration Assembly and lead the prayers during each of our whole school Collective Worship Assemblies.
During each term, the team also plans and leads a Collective Worship assembly. In the Autumn Term they led an assembly during 'Anti-Bullying Week', and during this Spring Term they will lead an assembly based around 'Comic Relief'.
